Greenleaf Holdings is a multi-faceted investor, owner and manager of business and commercial assets. We invest in profitable, established companies, speculative business venture opportunities, and both stabilized and new development real estate projects.

We are always looking for strong entrepreneurs that are seeking help with their businesses through collaboration, partnership and investment. Scalability, recurring revenue, business to business sales, and recession resistance are all business elements we look for in our companies and ventures.

Founder Wayne Greenleaf is a serial entrepreneur, with over 30 years of business building, leadership, and management experience. Wayne started his first business in high school, where he served as President for 17 years, the business was named by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in the country in its annual listing of the Inc. 500.

He has since been the focus of many local and regional newspaper articles on his various business endeavors and successes. His achievements were further acknowledged by an appointment to the New Jersey Workforce Investment Board, a group of state business leaders influencing policy and methods of employment development throughout the state. In 2009, Wayne was awarded the Forty Under 40 award by NJBIZ™ magazine, honoring New Jersey’s most successful, dynamic, and professionally committed business leaders.

Wayne’s entire working life has been spent owning, developing, managing and growing various successful companies and businesses ventures.

Rumson, New Jersey is where he calls home with his wife and two sons.
